For those of you that didn't catch Red State when it was touring the country earlier this year - you will finally get a chance to see what all the fuss is about. Based loosely on our favorite lovable religous fanatics, The Phelps Family, Red State sheds an honest but exaggerated take on what could happen if a relgious group takes things to far.

RED STATE will be released by Lionsgate Home Entertainment via video on demand September 1. Then it will hit theaters September 23rd followed by a DVD and Blu-ray release on October 18.

• “The Making of RED STATE” documentary
• Deleted scenes with introduction by Smith
• Sundance speech with introduction by Smith
• Sundance ending
• Poster gallery with introduction by Smith
Retail prices are $27.98 for the DVD, $29.99 for the Blu-ray.
