After the Max Brooks and Steve Niles interview I headed to Hall H anticipating waiting in line for a couple of hours just to cover the 20th Century Fox panel, but when I got there I never imagined that I would get in to see the tail end of the Twilight panel.
With people camping out a few days ahead of time I thought that this panel would be filled to capacity, but much too my surprise I walked in and was able to get some tidbits for the Twilight fans.
When I first walked in the electricity was intense. Girls would swoon over every world that Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson would say. I only was able to catch the Q and A portion of the panel and most of the questions ask was very Juvenile and a little on the crazy side like, “Did you always have those back muscles “ and “Did you enjoy having a baby with Bella”
Among all the bad questions there were a few that Twilight fans would be curious to know like, Taylor’s favorite scene from all the films including the new Breaking Dawn movie is the “birth scene.”
The Director, Bill Condon, was asked if he was a horror fan and his response was a resounding yes and credited Hitchcock as a huge “influence in his career.” Robert Pattinson jokingly said that he never wants to see the cast again once the Twilight saga ends and Kristen Stewart states “I don’t hear that enough,” when a male Twilight fan ask Robert and Taylor “How hard is it to work with such beautiful women like Kristen.”
Near the end each cast member was asked, “What was there favorite movie from the entire Twilight saga,” Bill Condon and Taylor Lautner’s response was “Twilight Breaking Dawn,” but Kristen Stewart liked the first one the best. Kristen also mentioned that she rocks out to “Band of Horses” when she is on the set.
