DRC: Devil's Rejects 2, there have been a lot of rumors on the internet about that, can you gives us any details on that at all or is it even a possibility?
BM: Well lets see, Devil's Rejects 2? We're fucking dead. So I don't know how there would be a 2 (laughs) I haven't heard that one.
DRC: (laughs) I guess Rob Zombie did a poll on his blog about what movie would you like to see made and Devil's Rejects 2 was an option - so we have no idea how that would even happen.
BM: No I don't either - but you know ink is thicker than blood I guess. I don't know how that would happen but if there is money that would somehow maybe happen.
DRC: Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D, any news on that? Any details?
BM: Yeah I just did that down in Shreveport, LA two weeks ago. Actually it was great I ended up playing the cook. So I went back and played Drake Sawyer. The role made famous by the late great Jim Siedow. That was strange, it was strange to go back and play a different character. It's a reworking of the original so there was no Choptop in it. So it was kind of fun to go back and fill the shoes or try to fill the shoes of Jim Siedow. The one thing I knew going into it was...LOOK WHAT YOUR BROTHER DID TO THE DOOR!!! (laughs)
DRC: (laughs) You and Rob Zombie do great work together, any future plans? I'm sure you guys are in communications sometimes. Any future projects? I know he's coming out with Lords of Salem soon, after that, any ideas any clues you can give us?
BM: I have no idea. I haven't talked to Rob in awhile. Just about 4 days ago I actually saw his brother Spyder in Hollywood, Powerman 5000. I'm still recovering from that jumping up and down. It was a high energy show, I'm still recovering from that.
DRC: Oh cool - Spyder's a good guy. Thank you very much.
BM: Thank you. |
